It’s been a while coming, but the time is now! After several years on the Philly noise rock scene, punk/noise/sludge rockers The CLOTH have a full length release- TOUCHED. Crammed with the crowd-slaughtering cuts that those outside of the tri-state area have been waiting to hear- dirty, feedback drenched urgency not unlike Unwound meets Pg.99 mixed with Karp, earliest Neurosis, and the terrifying sonic autism of Hammerhead. Mega distorted guitar chords collapse onto one another, and over that, vocals that sound as threatened as they are threatening. Jerky, angular rhythms slide into nasty Eyehategod groove swamps. Whatever all that means, the drummer loves Botch. My man.
